Fixed Blade Paring Knife With Holster

A fixed-blade paring knife in 5Cr15MoV stainless steel, hardened to 55–58 HRC, with a wood handle and a holster for when it's not in use. Available as a 4-inch (95mm blade, ~110g) or 4.5-inch (110mm blade, ~165g) version. It handles the small, fiddly jobs a bigger knife makes awkward.
